Position: Tech Lead Full Stack Developer

Full Stack Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and development of enterprise-grade applications using
.NET Core and ReactJS
.
Define architecture, enforce design patterns, and ensure code quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
Manage
CI/CD pipelines
and ensure seamless deployment across environments.
Utilize
GCP or Azure
cloud services for application hosting, monitoring, and scaling.
Implement and maintain
Kubernetes-based
container orchestration.
Mentor team members, perform code reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure application reliability and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1013 years
of total IT experience with a strong full-stack development background.
Expertise in
.NET Core

C#
, and
ReactJS
(front-end).
Strong experience in
Cloud platforms (Azure or GCP)

Hands-on knowledge of
Kubernetes

Docker
, and containerized deployments.
Proven experience in
CI/CD pipelines
(Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
Solid understanding of
