.NET Developer With WebForms

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Dotnet Developer / Lead with expertise in full-stack development, including VB.Net, C#, Webforms, and SQL Server . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications and databases, along with strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using ASP.NET Webforms, VB.NET, and SQL Server 2016 or higher . Design and implement database schemas that support business processes, including RDBMS concepts, data structures, SQL queries, indexes, views, functions, triggers, and transactions . Work with C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, XML, HTML, JavaScript, Visual Studio, and other Microsoft toolsets to build robust and scalable solutions. Develop WCF/Web Services and integrate with third-party tools and APIs. Utilize third-party controls such as DevExpress, Telerik , etc., for UI development. Implement web-based security concepts, session management, and other best practices for secure applications. Manipulate XML files using VB.NET . Debug and troubleshoot application issues efficiently. Use source code management tools like TFS, MSBuild , etc., for version control and CI/CD processes. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Optionally, work within the Financial Services domain (Preferably Australia) , leveraging domain knowledge. Manage tasks and documentation using JIRA/Confluence . Required Skills & Qualifications Extensive experience in web application development using ASP.NET Webforms, VB.NET, and SQL Server 2016 or higher . Strong knowledge of Common Language Runtime (CLR) , including its limitations and best practices. Hands-on experience with WCF and services frameworks . Proficiency in database design and performance optimization . Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with .NET web framework (4.5.2 or higher) . Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business and technical teams.
