Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 10 to 15 years of experience in software development, preferably with technical leadership experience, who values a positive and collaborative working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .net architecture.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop high-quality software applications using .net technologies.
Lead teams of developers to achieve project goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for software applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in software development with .net technologies.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
