Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable backend applications using the .NET framework.
• Define, implement, and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance during design reviews and critical system decisions.
  

Architecture & Development

• Make strategic decisions on application architecture and system design.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure optimized system performance.
  

Team Management

• Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
• Conduct regular code reviews and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
• Collaborate with platform leads and project managers to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
