Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for an Application Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, cloud-based applications . You will play a key role in defining architecture, improving system performance, and guiding development teams to build robust enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using .NET Core, Microservices, and Cloud Technologies (Azure/AWS). Lead end-to-end solution design , covering frontend, backend, and database components. Guide and mentor development teams , ensuring best practices in coding, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures. Drive migration of legacy applications to cloud-native and microservices-based architectures. Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and security of applications. Conduct performance tuning, security assessments, and API design improvements. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption for enhanced system efficiency. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in an architectural role. Strong experience in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Microservices Architecture . Cloud expertise: Hands-on experience in Azure (Azure Service Bus, API Management, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, DevOps) OR AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation). Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing . Database expertise: Proficiency in SQL Server, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, or NoSQL databases . Strong knowledge of API design, authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID, JWT), and integration patterns . Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation) . Good understanding of front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus. Experience in event-driven architecture using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis is desirable. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps best practices . Excellent communication skills to collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Azure or AWS Solution Architect Certification is a plus. Experience with AI/ML, edge computing, or low-code platforms (OutSystems, Power Apps) is beneficial.
