Job Role / Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development Identify and generate new corporate clients for MICE services (domestic and international). Develop and pitch customized proposals and travel/event packages for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets . Maintain relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business. 2. Client Servicing & Relationship Management Understand client requirements and objectives for events or incentive trips. Prepare and present presentations, itineraries, and quotations tailored to client needs. Act as a single point of contact for clients from proposal to execution and feedback. 3. Event & Travel Coordination Coordinate with internal departments (ticketing, visa, operations, accounts) and external vendors (hotels, DMCs, airlines, transport providers). Oversee end-to-end execution of group travel logistics flights, accommodation, transfers, meals, sightseeing, and venue arrangements. Ensure smooth on-ground management during events or trips. 4. Market Research & Vendor Management Research new destinations, venues, and suppliers for innovative MICE experiences. Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors and service providers. Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities . 5. Reporting & Administration Maintain sales pipelines, client databases, and follow-up schedules. Prepare MIS reports , performance summaries, and feedback analysis for management. Ensure compliance with company policies and client contracts. Skills Required Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Knowledge of corporate travel and event operations . Good understanding of budgeting, costing, and proposal preparation . Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software , and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint). Pleasant personality and client service orientation .
