Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Executive based in Ranchi. Neofresh is aiming to reach 1,00,000+ customers within the first 365 days, and the Relationship Executive will play a key role in achieving this target. Each Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing around 500 customers within a 1–2 km radius, ensuring personal attention, timely support, and strong retention. Your responsibility is to hold the customer, build trust, and ensure they remain fully satisfied with every promise Neofresh makes—service, quality, delivery, and overall experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage and strengthen relationships with approx. 500 customers in your assigned 1–2 km cluster Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries Ensure high satisfaction with clear personal and company targets Handle orders, coordinate deliveries, and manage follow-ups Build rapport with urban consumers and understand their preferences Provide insights to improve customer experience Support local promotional activities Maintain smooth communication between customers, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders Qualifications Strong communication, customer handling, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage logistics, order flow, and customer inquiries efficiently Problem-solving mindset with the ability to offer tailored solutions Good organizational and coordination skills Experience in D2C (direct-to-consumer) networks is an advantage Fluency in regional languages and familiarity with Ranchi surroundings is beneficial No degree required
