Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager at NEOEPC LLP. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to drive company growth. The role will involve market research, preparing proposals, engaging with key stakeholders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will play a critical role in expanding the company's outreach and creating tailored solutions for potential clients. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and strategic relationship management Strong analytical and market research skills to identify and seize growth opportunities Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Understanding of engineering, EPC, or similar technical industries is advantageous Ability to work independently, manage deadlines effectively, and adapt to a dynamic work environment Experience in using CRM tools and platforms is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field; an MBA is preferred
