We’re Hiring: Sales & Business Development Manager – USA (Oil & Gas | Telecom Engineering Services Business) Are you a results-driven professional with deep knowledge in Telecom System Engineering Services opportunities in Oil & Gas/ Rail/Critical Infrastructure and 5G DAS projects? We’re expanding our footprint in the US market and looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to lead growth, partnerships, and key client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the Telecom System Engineering Services in Oil & Gas/ Rail/Critical Infrastructure and 5G DAS projects sectors. Develop market entry and expansion strategies for the US region. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, System Integrators, Engineering Consultants, EPCs, and End Users. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development within Oil & Gas, Energy Infrastructure, or Telecom/5G/EPC domains. Strong understanding of EPC project cycles and contract negotiation . Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing multiple accounts. Excellent communication, technical, and networking skills. Willing to travel across the US & Canada.
