Role Overview The Marketing & ASO Executive will handle all aspects of digital marketing, app store optimization, and user acquisition for the company’s mobile games. You will be responsible for increasing visibility, improving downloads, and building a strong brand presence across Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and social media platforms. Key Responsibilities : App Store Optimization (ASO) Research and implement keywords to maximize organic visibility on Play Store and App Store. Optimize titles, descriptions, screenshots, and promo videos. A/B test creative assets (icons, banners, screenshots). Track app rankings, ratings, and conversion rates. Digital Marketing & User Acquisition Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Unity Ads, etc.). Work closely with design and dev teams to create ad creatives and videos. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPI, CTR, and ROAS. Identify influencer and partnership opportunities for game promotion. Social Media & Community Management Manage and grow social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Discord). Post game updates, teasers, and developer stories. Engage with players, gather feedback, and improve community engagement. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs (installs, CTR, CPI, ARPDAU, retention). Use tools like Firebase, App Annie, and Google Analytics to analyze user behavior. Prepare weekly performance and growth reports. Coordination & Support Collaborate with developers, designers, and management for new launches. Coordinate with team for pre-launch testing and feedback collection. Support branding activities, PR, and event participation. Required Skills Strong understanding of mobile app marketing and ASO techniques. Experience running campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads. Good knowledge of Play Console & App Store Connect dashboards. Strong communication & analytical skills. Passion for gaming is a big plus!
