Key Responsibilities Analyze the environmental, social, and economic impacts of the company's operations and supply chain, and develop sustainable development strategies. Conduct environmental assessments and risk analyses (e.g., carbon emissions, energy consumption, water resource management, waste management, etc.). Develop and implement sustainable development policies, energy conservation and emission reduction plans, and green certification schemes (e.g., ISO 14001, LEED, etc.). Provide the company with industry best practices and innovative solutions to achieve environmentally friendly and socially responsible goals. Assist the company in complying with national and international sustainable development regulations and standards. Design and conduct sustainable development training to raise environmental awareness among employees and management. Tracking and reporting on sustainable development indicators and performance to ensure strategy implementation and continuous optimization. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sustainable development, environmental management, or corporate social responsibility. Skills: Familiar with environmental assessment, carbon footprint analysis, resource management, and sustainable development standards. Excellent analytical and project management skills. Possesses strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, and can collaborate with management, the technical team, and suppliers. Strong data analysis and report writing abilities. Certifications (optional): LEED, GRI, ISO 14001, or relevant certifications preferred.
