Description: We are looking for a full time, HYBRID (Need Onsite day 1, hybrid 3 days from office) candidate who is located at Charlotte, NC / NJ/ Texas (any one) for the role of a nCino Developer Lead. Below are the details required for the candidate to apply Requirements: Extensive hands-on experience with nCino Commercial Banking managed package implementation expertise with nCino modules: Relationship Management, Loan/Opportunity management, Credit Memo, Covenant, Collateral etc. Must have prior implementation experience at other banks. Must have hands on expertise to be able to provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team, Conduct code reviews. take part in solution design activities of complex requirements, participates in functional workshops. Extensive experience with Salesforce platform and nCino managed package implementation expertise. Proficiency in Salesforce development tools including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning and SOQL. As the lead Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills, project management, outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills to drive the overall delivery. Attention to the detail and a commitment to delivering high quality solutions.
