Role & responsibilities Coordinate with project sites, engineering, procurement, contracts, finance, and client teams to ensure smooth execution of Transmission Line (TL) & Substation (SS) projects. Track project progress through schedules, dashboards, and project management tools; highlight delays and propose corrective actions. Assist in preparing project execution plans, work breakdown structures, material planning, and resource schedules. Review technical documents, drawings, vendor plans, and construction schedules to ensure compliance with project specifications. Support project managers in monitoring budget, cash flow, and project cost control activities. Ensure timely submission of project reports, MIS, and documentation to internal stakeholders and clients. Coordinate for statutory approvals, quality assurance records, material dispatch status, and logistics follow-ups. Facilitate resolution of site issues by engaging engineering, procurement, quality, and project teams. Participate in client meetings, review meetings, and internal project discussions. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines related to TL & Substation projects. Preferred candidate profile Strong understanding of Transmission Lines (11KV to 33KV) and Substation project execution. Good knowledge of project management processes, scheduling, and reporting. Proficiency in AUTOCAD, MS Office, MS Project/Primavera (preferred). Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple project teams. Problem-solving attitude with strong analytical ability.
