Lean Manufacturing Consultant - MSME MCLS Program Noida,Delhi 5 - 10 years INR 5.0 - 8.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role Overview: We are seeking dynamic Lean Consultants with hands-on shop floor experience to lead Lean implementation under the MSME MCLS program. You will work with MSMEs to guide them through Lean practices such as 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, and Visual Management, ensuring measurable impact in process optimization. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Industrial Engineering. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques (e.g., 5S, VSM, Poka-Yoke, SMED, JIT). Experience with training or coaching teams on the shop floor. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Hindi and English. Willingness to travel across multiple factory sites in India. Key Responsibilities: Visit MSME manufacturing units enrolled in the Lean MCLS program. Conduct process assessments and waste audits on shop floors. Train and guide MSME teams on Lean tools and methodologies. Implement Lean practices across production lines and monitor outcomes. Facilitate the three phases of MCLS: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced. Assist in preparing reports and documentation for certification. Work collaboratively with other consultants and MSME cluster coordinators
