Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager (4th Line Manager) to be based in Mumbai. The candidate will drive sales in the Multispecialty for half India coverage, i.e. West & South zones . Key Responsibilities: Ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded by implementing strategies that align with company goals. Lead and manage the sales team for the Multispecialty in the Acute Division. Focus on sales generation, new user acquisition, and building strong relationships with key clients. Effectively manage attrition and ensure a motivated, high-performing team. Qualifications & Experience Requirements: Preferably Graduate with a Science/Pharma background. Minimum 3 years of experience as a 3rd Line Manager in reputed pharmaceutical companies, with expertise in the Multispecialty segment. Strong experience in team management, sales generation, maintaining sales data, and managing attrition. Age imit: 50 years.
