National Sales Manager-Fabric Amartex

As a National Sales Manager for the fabric division, your role will involve expanding the dealer network across India, driving fabric sales through effective marketing, managing relationships with cutters, wholesalers, and agents, and ensuring targets are consistently met. You should have the strategic insight, leadership capabilities, and operational expertise to spearhead sales growth while maintaining control over product quality and contributing to new product development. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and strengthen the dealer & cutter network across India. - Identify potential markets and onboard new dealers & cutters to enhance market penetration. - Strategically market fabric to cutters, wholesalers, and agents to boost sales. - Increase the number of agents and ensure their alignment with organizational goals. - Set and ensure sales targets are met for every team member. - Monitor and maintain the quality of fabrics being marketed and sold. - Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving quality-related concerns promptly. - Collaborate with the product development team to introduce innovative fabrics that meet market trends and demands. - Analyze market competition and trends. - Develop and implement strategic plans to outpace competitors and capture market share. - Lead and motivate the sales team across regions. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to improve productivity. - Track and report sales metrics regularly. - Use data-driven insights to plan future sales strategies and improve team performance.
