Role & responsibilities Strategy development: Develop and implement the overall strategy for the White-goods channel, aligning it with the company's overall objectives and goals. Channel development and growth end-to-end execution: Granular mapping of the white-goods channel to target the right potential counters in priority markets Develop the right proposition for white-goods channel and test the proposition across pilot markets to drive key shift in input and output metrics Get the right distributors onboarded and billed in the white-goods channel to drive growth Drive channel expansion through the selected distributors. Monitor the sub-dealer growth and new sub-dealer billing Monitor the distributor input KPIs including channel margins and service KPIs Team Leadership and Development: Go on ground across markets, work with the RBATs, trade marketing and sales team to provide leadership to drive channel growth Providing overall leadership on maintaining channel health and margins through the channel Preferred candidate profile 5-7 years experience in Dealer /distribution sales/ trade marketing and channel management. Qualification- BE/B.Tech from Reputed institute + MBA is preferred Must have working exp in Small appliances/ large consumer durable companies. Understanding of channel management like Trade marketing , channel incentives, channel and consumer value proposition and channel partner negotiations.
