• Lead and manage the full daily production cycle to achieve the required output and quality. • Improve and optimize existing manufacturing processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency. • Develop production plans, analyze machine and labor utilization, and allocate resources for each job. • Monitor welding, bending, fabrication, and finishing quality, and solve technical issues on the spot. • Review engineering drawings (AutoCAD / SolidWorks) and convert them into accurate manufacturing steps. • Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production control forms for all stages. • Coordinate with the purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials. • Train technicians and upgrade the skill level of the production team. • Analyze production problems, identify root causes, and implement long-term engineering solutions. • Follow up on projects from planning to final delivery, ensuring products meet specifications. • Improve factory layout and workflow to maximize efficiency and reduce unnecessary movements. • Work directly with top management to enhance factory performance and support strategic goals.
