About the job As a Growth Manager, Impact Design Growth (IDG) Department, you will play a crucial role in expanding the reach of sustainability-focused design solutions. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. This role demands a high level of ownership, accountability, and a self-driven approach to achieving pre-sales targets. You will be expected to take initiative, proactively engage with clients, and ensure that impact-driven architectural solutions align with market needs. Your ability to deliver results and contribute to business growth will be key to your success. In general, the role involves collaborating with teams, contributing to project documentation, and staying informed on industry trends and sustainability focused practices. You may also participate (as and when required) in client meetings, site inspections, assist in project management and coordination. Standard Roles and Responsibilities ↝ Identify and engage potential clients in the architecture, construction, and development sectors. ↝ Take full ownership of sales targets and revenue growth, ensuring consistent performance. ↝ Develop tailored sales strategies that effectively communicate sustainability-driven design value. ↝ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and refine sales approaches. ↝ Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and trust. ↝ Deliver presentations & proposals, clearly articulating the financial and environmental benefits of Impact Designs ↝ Drive business negotiations and close deals while ensuring alignment with sustainability and social impact goals. ↝ Collaborate with design and leadership teams to ensure client requirements are effectively integrated into projects. ↝ Maintain detailed sales records, prepare performance reports, and track key business metrics. ↝ Stay informed about industry trends, green building certifications, and emerging sustainable design practices. ↝ Represent N'Arc at industry events, sustainability forums, and client discussions. ↝ Act with accountability, ensuring that business goals are met with a results-oriented mindset.
