Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily office tasks, which include phone communication, supporting executive administrative needs, and performing clerical duties. The role requires efficient handling of administrative assistance tasks to support the smooth operation of the organization. Qualifications Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software Ability to work independently and remotely Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
