Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior. The SE/Tsm will be responsible for managing and expanding the company’s sales strategies in the assigned territories. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, achieving sales targets, and preparing periodic sales reports. The TSM will also organize product presentations, analyze market trends, and provide recommendations for improvements and expansions to enhance business growth. Qualifications Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Proficiency in market research and trend analysis Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets Knowledge of the lighting industry or a related field is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Willingness to work on-site and travel within assigned territories ```
