Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruitment Specialist with 1 to 3 years of experience to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding top talent through job portals, social media, consultancies, and campus hiring initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding. Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles. Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, internal references, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring drives . Plan and execute campus recruitment programs, job fairs, and establish partnerships with colleges and universities to build a strong entry-level talent pipeline. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, communication abilities, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback from interview panels, and assist in decision-making. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity, pipelines, and reports for management. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Assist in onboarding processes, background verification, and documentation. Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to HR projects related to talent acquisition and retention. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including exposure to campus hiring . Strong experience with sourcing techniques using job portals, social media platforms, and other channels. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple positions across functions and levels simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Exposure to ATS tools is an advantage. Preferred Skills: Experience working in IT/technology or service industry recruitment. Knowledge of current hiring trends and market intelligence. Exposure to employer branding and campus engagement activities.
