Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate coding of medical records using CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific guidelines.
Review and resolve claim denials through analysis and corrective actions.
Identify trends and provide insights for process improvements.
Participate in internal audits and coding quality checks.
Mentor junior coders and support training activities.
Collaborate with team members to meet project and client requirements

Essential Skills

68 years of hands-on coding experience (Internal Medicine, Pulmonology, Dermatology, Endocrinology).
Strong
auditing skills
and attention to detail.
Excellent communication (written & verbal).
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Good knowledge of
EHR systems and coding software
.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
