As a Multimedia Designer Team Lead, your role involves creating high-quality visual and video content to support client sales programs and learning initiatives. You will be responsible for video production, eLearning content creation, and ensuring consistency in learning materials across different platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Produce and edit videos for sales enablement and training purposes. - Develop and maintain learning paths and support materials using tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, iMovie, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Create visually appealing materials using tools such as InDesign, Keynote, Power Point, Balsamiq, Prezi, etc. - Assist with Highspot document governance and other administrative tasks related to content management. - Stay updated with technical tools and certifications, translating new knowledge into consumable learning media. - Build and maintain positive working relationships with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams through collaboration. Required Skills & Competencies: - Expert-level video production and editing skills. - Solid creative and visual communication skills. - Experience with eLearning tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. - Familiarity with CMS tools like Highspot. - Quick learner, capable of translating new product knowledge into engaging multimedia content.
