Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Anypoint Integration Architect to design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in API-led connectivity, system integration, and cloud-based architectures, along with deep technical expertise and leadership skills to guide development teams and ensure best practices are followed across all integration projects.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design:

Design scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Define and implement API-led connectivity architecture across system, process, and experience layers.
Create integration design patterns and reusable components for consistent solution delivery.

Development & Implementation:

Oversee the development and deployment of MuleSoft integrations and APIs.
Ensure compliance with best practices for error handling, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Integrate Mule applications with various enterprise systems (Salesforce, SAP, Workday, AWS, Azure, etc.).

Governance & Standards:

Define and enforce integration standards, version control, and governance policies.
Implement API security, identity management, and access control using tools like OAuth 2.0, JWT, and SAML.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Partner with enterprise architects, business analysts, and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Mentor and guide MuleSoft developers on design principles and platform best practices.
Support DevOps and CI/CD integration for seamless deployment of Mule applications.

Performance & Troubleshooting:

Conduct root-cause analysis and performance tuning for Mule applications.
Ensure high availability and reliability of integration services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Strong expertise in Mule 4, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and DataWeave.
Solid understanding of API-led connectivity and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Anypoint CLI).
Strong background in integration patterns, enterprise messaging systems, and security protocols.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
MuleSoft certifications preferred (e.g., Certified Integration Architect – Level 1, Certified Platform Architect).
