In this role, you will be responsible for selling personal loans to individual customers and helping us expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities: * Generate new leads and actively convert them into successful sales. * Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to drive business growth. * Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Requirements: * 1 to 2 years of experience in personal loan sales or a related field. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales. * Ability to join immediately.
