Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer Regional - MSSP to manage technical relationships with our Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) partners. In this strategic role, you will work closely with Sales and Product teams to deliver impactful solutions, drive product adoption, and provide high-level pre-sales technical support to strengthen and grow MSSP partnerships. Must have experience working with channels and partners and with MSSPs in the network security and networking field. Key Responsibilities: - Define and deliver solution architectures and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for MSSPs and their customers - Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing leadership, mentorship, and ongoing support to MSSPs - Assist in developing and rolling out best practices within top-tier MSSP organizations - Understand customer requirements and influence product strategy accordingly - Represent the company as a subject matter expert for MSSPs and their clients - Collaborate with Sales to advise on optimal architecture for customer deployments - Gather and communicate customer feedback to the Product team - Partner with Project Management and Professional Services to support project timelines and deliverables - have experience working with channels and partners and with MSSPs in the network security and networking field.
