Our portfolio includes 400+ APIs covering a wide range of therapeutic categories. To support our API business, we operate 11 state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities with over 4,000 employees. Our Integrated Research Center, with more than 1,000 skilled professionals, delivers over 40 new APIs annually. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating with various departments, monitoring production processes, and implementing efficiency improvements. The Manager will also handle reporting and provide strategic input for continuous improvement. Qualifications Experience in managing production teams and overseeing manufacturing operations Knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing and related regulations Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field Experience in API manufacturing is a plus
