More specifically, you will: Work with Executive leadership to evaluate problems and conceptualize projects/initiatives. The problems will typically be in the area of delivery process and quality improvement, Business-unit maturity, operational streamlining, capability development, and other cross-functional initiatives. Conduct pilots/experiments and drive adoption of successful ones across the company Apply Design Thinking principles for process design Define relevant processes, optimize, execute, automate, and maintain them Perform regular analysis and generate insights for senior stakeholders Required Skills, Competencies & Experience: 5-9 years in internal consulting, strategy & operations, process excellence, planning & insights roles in analytics/consulting/IT services/tech products companies Experience in developing business cases, garnering buy-in from the executive team, and delivering measurable outcomes Adaptive to a fast-paced workplace and unstructured/evolving business problems Excellent communication, creative thinking, and interpersonal skills MBA from reputed institute preferred Designation will be commensurate with expertise/experience.
