Managing day to day production operations for dairy items and French fries lines ( cheese, butter, ghee, curd, butter milk, paneer, market milk and French fries ). Operation of Pasteurizer, poly pack, Evaporator, Spray dryer (Nozzle and Atomizer type), Cream Separator, Compressor, Homogenizer, C.I.P. system and all type of pumps. Working knowlegde of ISO-22000. Validation and Implementation of CIP system. Validation and Passivation of pasteurizer and equipment. Monitoring and control of poly film losses. Supply chain management and vendor relationship optimization. B.Tech in Dairy technology with 12 to 20 years experience in dairy operations. Team handling and management, mentoring, and performance management. Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Computer Proficiency: Windows MS-Office, SAP or ERP for manufacturing and supply chain management. Familiarity with dairy plant automation systems and equipment.
