Job Description

Responsibilities

Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with a variety of ear, nose, and throat disorders, ensuring high-quality patient care

Perform surgical procedures related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck, utilizing the latest medical techniques and technologies

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans

Provide expert consultation to emergency and inpatient units when required, offering timely and effective ENT care

Participate in regular case reviews and departmental meetings to maintain the highest standards of practice within the hospital

Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, post-operative care, and preventive measures for ENT health

Stay abreast of advancements in ENT medicine and incorporate best practices into patient careRequired Qualifications

Medical degree with specialization in ENT (Otolaryngology) from a recognized institution

Valid medical license to practice in the region

Proven experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a multispecialty environment

Strong surgical skills and experience with a wide range of ENT procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
