About the Role We are expanding our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Center of Excellence and seeking a DevOps Engineer to play a critical role in the development, maintenance, and global rollout of this cutting-edge platform. Our client is replacing its legacy Sales Application portfolio (including Siebel CRM and custom-built applications) with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM, and we need talented professionals to drive this transformation. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a development team of up to 10 professionals across various workstreams. Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM and Power Platform solutions. Implement integrations using Azure Development Stack (Azure Web Jobs, Functions, Data Factory, Queues, etc.). Utilize Git, Source Control, Branching, Pull/Push/Review in DevOps practices. Work with Azure DevOps & CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment. Manage the entire application lifecycle, including solution dependencies and layering. Skills & Experience Required Customization & Configuration of Dynamics 365 CE/Sales & Power Platform. Development stack for custom solutions on D365/Power Platform (Azure-based solutions, integrations, etc.). Strong experience in C# development. Experience in D365 Integrations, Customization, Configuration, and Application Lifecycle Management. Advanced English communication skills (spoken & written) for cross-regional collaboration.
