Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders Expertise in client relations and ensuring customer satisfaction Proficiency in customer service practices and handling customer inquiries Excellent written and oral communication skills Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting Proficiency in CRM tools or customer management software is advantageous Prior experience in the export-import, retail, or customer service industry is desirable
