MRI Technician

Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing MRI scans on patients using specialized equipment. Your primary role will be to operate the MRI machine, ensure patient comfort and safety during the procedure, and provide high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting MRI scans as requested by physicians - Ensuring the MRI machine is properly calibrated and maintained - Positioning patients correctly and providing necessary instructions for the scan - Monitoring patients throughout the procedure and addressing any concerns - Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely results Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field - ARRT certification in MRI - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MRI Technician - Strong knowledge of MRI safety protocols and procedures Please note that this job is full-time with day shift schedule and the work location is in person at Saraswathy Multi-Speciality Hospital in Chennai.
