Your role involves assembling, repairing, and modifying dies, forms, jigs, and other tools used in the production process. You will inspect completed dies and tools for defects, suggest improvements, and ensure adherence to specifications. You will coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve technical queries, implement preventive maintenance procedures, and troubleshoot to optimize machine uptime. Adapting to new techniques and technologies in tool and die making is essential to improve overall efficiency. Ensuring compliance with industry safety standards and company policies, maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs, and providing training and support to junior team members are also part of your responsibilities. Your qualifications include proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, hands-on experience with CNC machine operation, and the ability to use precision measurement tools effectively. You should have experience in die assembly and disassembly, conducting preventive maintenance, and understanding machining techniques. Expertise in MIG/TIG welding, familiarity with tool design and fabrication techniques, and a commitment to enhancing manufacturing processes and output are also required.,
