Key Responsibilities | Conduct engaging and high-quality classroom sessions for JEE/NEET aspirants in your subject. Create and deliver lesson plans that simplify complex concepts for students. Guide and motivate students through doubt-solving sessions, tests, and continuous feedback. Develop test papers, assignments, and study materials aligned with Motions teaching methodology. Stay updated with evolving exam patterns and contribute to academic innovation. Work closely with fellow faculty members to maintain and enhance academic excellence. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics. Minimum 1 year of experience in JEE/NEET or competitive exam teaching (preferred). Strong conceptual clarity and ability to connect effectively with students. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
