L4 Lavender Media is on the lookout for a talented and imaginative Motion Graphic Designer who can bring stories to life through visual motion. If you have a passion for creating engaging animations, smooth transitions, and eye-catching visual effects for digital content — we want you on our creative team! Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media, ads, brand films, and client content Work on explainer videos, title sequences, logo animations, and visual effects Collaborate with scriptwriters, designers, and video editors to deliver cohesive storytelling Design assets (icons, typography, illustrations) for use in animations Adapt content for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Reels, etc.) Stay updated with animation trends and bring fresh ideas to the table. Requirements: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop Knowledge of animation principles, visual storytelling, and pacing Strong design aesthetics and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Experience in 2D/3D animation (optional but a plus) A portfolio or showreel showcasing motion design work Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 08/06/2025
