The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and executing high-quality visuals that effectively communicate Jupitice’s brand narrative, thought leadership, and enterprise solutions in the justice and governance sector. The role demands strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex legal and technological concepts into visually engaging storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Visual Identity
Create compelling visuals aligned with Jupitice’s brand guidelines and tone of communication.
Maintain consistency of design across all platforms (digital, print, and video).
Continuously evolve and refine the brand’s visual language.
Marketing Collateral
Design marketing materials such as websites, brochures, pitch decks, banners, social media creatives, infographics, event collaterals, and presentations.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to visualize campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership content.
Digital Campaign Support
Develop high-quality graphics for paid ads, email campaigns, website visuals, and social media posts (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, Instagram etc.).
Support motion and video design teams with graphic elements and layouts.
UI/UX Collaboration
Partner with the UI/UX team to maintain design consistency across web pages, dashboards, and platform interfaces.
Provide creative input on layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for digital interfaces.
Creative Conceptualization
Ideate and design visuals for conversational series, interview shows, webinars, and corporate events.
Create storyboards or visual drafts for video team.
Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with the marketing, PR, product and content teams to ensure visuals align with messaging goals.
Handle quick turnaround tasks without compromising on creativity and quality.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong portfolio showcasing B2B design work (preferably in technology, SaaS, or professional services sectors).
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, and PowerPoint.
Good understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to visualize abstract and complex legal or technological concepts clearly and attractively.
Experience designing for company websites, LinkedIn, and enterprise-oriented marketing preferred.
Motion graphics and basic video editing skills are a plus.
AI & Design Tools Awareness: Familiarity with modern AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, ChatGPT for ideation) to enhance creativity and speed.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts.
5–7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B or tech-oriented company.
Experience in LegalTech, GovTech, or SaaS will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
