Job requirements At Atlys, we don’t just tell stories- we design experiences. We create films, explainers, ads, and performance creatives that demand high-quality motion design. We're looking for a Motion Designer who can transform ideas into compelling visual narratives- someone who can storyboard, animate, and elevate every frame with intention, clarity, and craft. No fluff. No shortcuts. Just sharp, standout storytelling. The Job Design and animate motion graphics for films, explainers, ads, and digital campaigns Create storyboards, develop concepts, and prototype effects Build seamless transitions, expressive type treatments, and smooth animation flows Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and brand teams to bring concepts to life Keep a pulse on the latest motion design trends, techniques, and tools Think in ideas, not just execution — your voice matters from pitch to publish The ideal candidate Has 5–6 years of experience in motion design (agency background is a must) Is highly skilled in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop Is familiar with 3D tools like Cinema 4D or Blender Has a sharp eye for composition, typography, pacing, and design Can simplify abstract ideas into clean, compelling motion Is always experimenting with new techniques, especially AI tools Can take ownership from Storyboard to Final render, Actively learning or experimenting with new tools If you are ready to embark on an exciting journey with us and create amazing travel content that inspires and informs, we would love to hear from you.
