Motion Graphic Designer and Video Editor

As a Motion Graphic Designer at our company, your role will involve designing and creating enticing motion graphics for various video deliverables such as corporate videos, eLearning modules, websites, and marketing demos. You will be responsible for preparing design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphic projects. Additionally, you will create and deliver motion graphics across different media platforms including web and mobile. Collaboration with art and creative teams to understand project objectives and scope will be a key aspect of your job. You will also assist in selecting audio, video, colors, and animations for graphic design, as well as work with editors and producers to enhance motion graphics by editing raw video footage and adding effects. Key Responsibilities: - Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables - Prepare design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphic projects - Create and deliver motion graphics across various media platforms - Collaborate with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives - Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, and animations for graphic design - Work with editors, producers, and other designers to resolve technical and design issues - Edit raw video footage and enhance motion graphics with effects/elements - Research and analyze design techniques for creating motion graphics - Assist in designing and creating storyboards - Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas - Maintain best practices for versioning control, naming conventions, and organization of graphic files - Stay updated on the latest graphic design techniques - Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards Qualifications Required: - Ability to design modern and unique assets for animation - Proficiency in animation and motion graphics - Software efficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop; experience with Adobe Flash and Adobe Premiere is a plus - Ability to visualize concepts from scripts - Experience working on Explainer Videos, Whiteboard animations, etc. - Willingness to experiment with new formats, structures, and styles - Creative, dedicated, and punctual In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications, the job type for this position is Full-time, Permanent.
