Motion Graphic Designer

As a Motion & Graphic Designer at Aertrip, you will be part of the Creative & Marketing team, contributing to the brand's visual storytelling through impactful design and motion graphics. Your role will involve conceptualizing, designing, and animating motion graphics for various digital platforms, creating static creatives, producing short-form video content, and collaborating with different teams to ensure brand consistency across all design assets. Your attention to detail and ability to balance direction with creative originality will be crucial in delivering high-quality outputs within deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for social media, marketing videos, website elements, etc. - Create static creatives such as banners, ads, brochures, posters, emailers, and web graphics. - Produce engaging visuals for multiple digital platforms. - Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver on-brand creatives. - Maintain brand consistency across design assets. - Edit/repurpose video footage and templates. - Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines with high-quality outputs. Qualifications Required: - 14 years of relevant experience in motion and graphic design. - Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD/Figma. - Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and animation principles. - Ability to transform scripts and concepts into compelling visual content. - Portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work is mandatory. Bonus Skills: - Basic knowledge of 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D). - Experience with video editing, transitions, sound syncing, and YouTube content. - Familiarity with UI/UX and responsive design. - Prior experience in travel, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries.
