Position: Motion Graphic Artist (Full-Time) Location: Indore (On-site) Experience: 1–3 Years (Agency experience preferred) Shift: Day Shift Opportunity Type: Full-Time | On-Site Skills Required: Motion graphics and animation for explainer videos, branding, and marketing campaigns Logo creation, vector art, and character designing Concept ideation and storyboard creation Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop Creative thinking and strong visual storytelling Understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography Collaboration with content, design, and marketing teams Ability to deliver within deadlines Receptive to feedback and quick learner About the Role: MotionGility is looking for a passionate and skilled Motion Graphic Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a flair for visual storytelling, strong graphic design fundamentals, and a keen eye for animation and motion design. Responsibilities: Create visually appealing logos, vector art, and branding materials Develop and produce high-quality explainer videos and motion graphics Work with the creative team to conceptualize and bring ideas to life Design and animate characters and other visual elements Assist in creating storyboards and visual guides for projects Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency Stay updated with motion graphics trends and techniques Deliver assets in a timely manner, maintaining quality and creativity Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute to overall team success Requirements: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics and animation (agency preferred) Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand alignment Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects Excellent communication skills and team spirit Degree in Animation, Visual Communication, or related field preferred Preferred Qualities: High creativity and a proactive mindset Curious, open to feedback, and eager to learn Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks Ability to adapt and work under tight deadlines Why Join MotionGility?
