We're super.money, the fintech startup backed by Flipkart and powered by caffeine, questionable jokes, and UI pixels that cry for mercy.

We do UPI, loans, cards, and everything in between. Basically, we're the Swiss Army knife of money apps.

And yes, we firmly believe fintech can look fun.

You'll fit right in if you:

• Bring interfaces to life with intentional micro-motions.
• Craft animations that download fast and delight instantly (Read: Lottie and Rive)
• Elevate UX, not distract from it.
• Collaborate with devs so they don't cry implementing your stuff.
• Fight off can you make it pop with grace, memes, and one eyebrow raised.

What You'll Do:

• Breathe life into the app with your motion:

  Work closely with product designers to craft those gentle transitions and satisfying micro-interactions and tiny moments of magic that make users pause and think, Wow, that felt nice.

• Work within real product constraints

  . Think lightweight Lottie and Rive files, quick load times, and animations that behave well even on low-end devices.

• Define and maintain a motion language:

  Create flexible and reusable motion components so every animation feels like it belongs in the same universe.

• Work hand-in-hand with developers:

  To make sure animations render smoothly inside the app and stay performant without causing build hiccups.

Bonus if you:

• Have a strong visual eye beyond motion.
• Can prototype directly in Rive or After Effects.
• Can keep file sizes small without murdering quality.
