Roles and Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or in-person visits. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, monitors, and other peripheral devices. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updating firmware and drivers. Collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions for complex problems. Freshers and enthusiastic learners are welcome.
