A reputed Pre Primary and Primary School is seeking for a Mother Teacher (Positions: 4) for Nursery, LKG, and UKG who can create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young learners Salary : 25-30,000/month Timings: 8:30AM to 3:30PM Experience: 3+yrs in early childhood education Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: Classroom Management & Teaching Plan and implement play-based, activity-based, and Montessori learning methodologies . Use interactive and creative teaching methods such as storytelling, role play, songs, and hands-on activities. Emotional & Social Development Act as a motherly figure , ensuring a sense of security and belonging for every child. Encourage children to express themselves confidently and develop social skills. Communication & Parent Engagement Conduct parent-teacher meetings and offer individual guidance for each childs development. Provide feedback on child behavior, learning progress, and areas for improvement. Classroom Environment & Child Safety Ensure hygiene, health, and safety protocols are followed in the classroom. Maintain aesthetic, organized, and resource-rich learning spaces.
