Job Description

Role & responsibilities: We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and caring Mother Teacher (English, Marathi and Mathematics) to join Mukul Madhav Vidyalaya (English Medium) Maharashtra state Board School in Ratnagiri. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of teaching experience and will be responsible for teaching English, Mathematics and Marathi subject to students of 1st standard. Deliver lessons (1st Std.) students of MMV Focusing on developing their problem-solving skills and conceptual understanding. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to ensure student learning outcomes meet academic standards. Conduct regular classes, workshops, or tutorials as per the curriculum requirements. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and grades. Collaborate with colleagues to develop new teaching methods and improve existing ones. Preferred candidate profile: A Graduate/Post Graduation degree D.Ed. or B.Ed. Passion for teaching. Strong English communication skills with a flair for the local Marathi language. We Expect: The job requires the physical presence of the teacher at the school. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Ratnagiri, Maharashtra (Rural) which is 2 hrs from Chiplun, 3 hrs from Kolhapur and 6 hrs from Pune. Housing facility will be provided to candidate from outside Ratnagiri. Candidates should be ready to work from Monday to Saturday, (Saturday being half day working)
