Job Description

The Pre-Primary Mother Teacher is responsible for nurturing the overall development of children aged 3–6 years in a warm, caring, and stimulating environment. The teacher will serve as the primary caregiver and educator for a class, integrating academic, emotional, and social development through age-appropriate teaching strategies. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement engaging, play-based lessons in foundational literacy, numeracy, art, music, and motor skills development. Foster emotional, social, and cognitive growth through structured and unstructured activities. Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor and assess each child’s development and learning progress through observation and documentation. Maintain daily communication with parents about their child’s routines, behavior, and milestones. Organize classroom materials and learning spaces to stimulate curiosity and creativity. Support toilet training, hygiene, and independent behavior in young children. Collaborate with co-teachers, aides, and administrative staff to ensure smooth classroom operations. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences. Model and promote positive behavior, respect, and empathy among children.
