Position Overview: As an Industrial Design Engineer, you will be responsible for spearheading the design, development,manufacturing, and management of diverse engineering projects spanning aerospace and defense, medical devices, and electronicsindustries. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in design processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, andinnovation. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, materials, and manufacturing techniques relevant to aerospace and defense, medicaldevices, and electronics industries.Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent field (B.Tech/M.Tech), or Bachelor's/Master'sin Industrial Design (B.Des/M.Des). Proven experience in industrial design, product development, and project management, preferably in aerospace and defense,medical devices, or electronics sectors. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion360, CATIA) and rendering tools to create detailed designs and visualizations. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials selection, and design for manufacturability (DFM) principles. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary teamenvironment. Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail, with a passion for driving innovation and pushingtechnological boundaries. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to aerospace and defense, medical devices, andelectronics industries is desirable.
