Maintain employee files, HRMS records, and databases. Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination. Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling. Ensure HR policy compliance and assist in audits. Coordinate exit formalities and maintain related documentation. Preferred candidate profile Good communication & interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and documentation abilities. Basic knowledge of HR operations and HRMS tools.
