Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Training & Program Delivery Conduct interactive and engaging learning sessions for children across different age groups. Deliver structured programs, including Brainiac, MBB, and creative workshops. Adapt teaching methods based on different learning styles. Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment. Track student progress and share feedback with parents. 2. Centre Operations & Management Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of sessions. Manage student enrollment, batch scheduling, and trainer coordination. Maintain accurate student records and assessment reports. Ensure high attendance and engagement levels. 3. Parent & Team Engagement Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and concerns. Train and mentor interns and junior trainers. Organize orientation sessions, parent workshops, and feedback meetings. 4. Marketing & Outreach Support in admissions, student inquiries, and counseling. Assist in creating social media content (reels, posts, engagement activities). Conduct community outreach and promotional campaigns.
